Feb 2003 Trans-Telecom Fundamental Management (TTFM)

In February 2003, some of our colleagues have been chosen to participate in the Executive Training Program of Trans-Telecom. Such informative training program has benefited all of us by transforming positively our ways of thinking, relinquishing our inner strengths and consolidating our management skills. Throughout the course, we have experienced the power of case-study methodology and realized its practicality. Henceforward we have applied the elements that we have learned into our daily operation so that we now speak common languages and share common views. Out of this program, we have gained a full set of comprehensive knowledge which have helped us to effectively reinforced the cohesiveness of the whole group.

New Appointment of Group Financial Controller (August 2002)

We take great pleasure in announcing the appointment of Mr. Steve Tsui as our Group Financial Controller. As holder of an impeccable qualification of Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, and with over 17 years of finance & accounting experience gained through working in many major listed companies in Hong Kong, Mr. Tsui, no doubt, will lead the company to success in the field of finance and accounting. Staff of the Finance Department in particular can look forward to an exciting time in the years ahead. Mr. Tsui holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Hong Kong.



AOP (Annual Operating Plan)

The AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for FY 2003 has generated positive business directions after seven hectic days of solid planning, budgeting and discussion. We have set certain key performance milestones for our top management to look forward to achieving even higher level of success in the years to come. It's valuable that we had the opportunities to gather together and share our views and perspectives which had very much enhanced our communication and co-operation. We all have a spirit in mind that aggressive thinking but yet, detailed planning are the key elements to success. We all anticipate and look forward to another even better financial year.
